Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP5F1AP10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP5F1AP10 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ATP5F1AP10 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP5F1AP10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and BLCA show a favorable association.
HNSC, LIHC, and OV are the cancer types where ATP5F1AP10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
