ATP4B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,902 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP4B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway, Obsolete histone modification, and PH reduction. Each is linked with ATP4B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP4B-to-partner and partner-to-ATP4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
