Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP4B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 838 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, CXCL13, and H2AZ1. Each is linked with ATP4B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP4B-to-partner and partner-to-ATP4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
