Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 720 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP4B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cytokine production, Tetrapyrrole catabolic process, and Porphyrin-containing compound catabolic process. Each is linked with ATP4B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP4B-to-partner and partner-to-ATP4B results are reported.
