Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP2C1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,364 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP2C1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FXR1, GMPS, and DNAJC13. Each is linked with ATP2C1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2C1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2C1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP2C1 versus FXR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP2C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP2C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
