Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP2C1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,571 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP2C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHDC1, SLC35A2, and COPG1. Each is linked with ATP2C1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2C1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2C1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP2C1 versus KLHDC1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP2C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP2C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
