ATP2C1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP2C1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,917 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP2C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KSR1P1, RNU6-13P, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with ATP2C1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2C1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2C1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KSR1P1 grouped by ATP2C1-low versus ATP2C1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP2C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP2C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
