Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP2C1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP2C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, 4E-BP1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with ATP2C1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2C1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2C1 results are reported.
