Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP2C1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,834 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP2C1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of Golgi to plasma membrane protein transport, Regulation of early endosome to late endosome transport, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with ATP2C1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2C1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2C1 results are reported.
