Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP2C1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP2C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MOGAT1, GATA5, and XAGE5. Each is linked with ATP2C1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2C1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2C1 results are reported.
