ATP2C1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP2C1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,995 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP2C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEL1L2, ITGA5, and ZNF197. Each is linked with ATP2C1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2C1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2C1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEL1L2 grouped by ATP2C1-low versus ATP2C1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP2C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP2C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
