Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP2B3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,842 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP2B3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELAVL2, DNAJC27, and TMEM132D. Each is linked with ATP2B3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2B3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2B3 results are reported.
