Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP2B3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP2B3 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ATP2B3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP2B3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and PAAD show a favorable association.
KIRC, DLBC, and KICH are the cancer types where ATP2B3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
