Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP2B3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,034 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP2B3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHEK1, UBE2T, and E2F2. Each is linked with ATP2B3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2B3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2B3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHEK1 grouped by ATP2B3-low versus ATP2B3-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP2B3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP2B3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
