Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP2B3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP2B3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, FoxM1, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with ATP2B3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2B3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2B3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by ATP2B3-low versus ATP2B3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP2B3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP2B3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
