Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP2B3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,987 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP2B3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heterochromatin formation, Heterochromatin organization, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with ATP2B3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2B3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2B3 results are reported.
