Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP2B3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 317 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP2B3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCP11X2, SERPINA7, and METTL21A. Each is linked with ATP2B3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2B3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2B3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCP11X2 grouped by ATP2B3-low versus ATP2B3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP2B3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP2B3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
