Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP2B2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP2B2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ATP2B2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP2B2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and COAD show a favorable association.

ACC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ATP2B2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
