Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP2B2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP2B2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 10 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher ATP2B2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP2B2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
CCRCC and UCEC are the cancer types where ATP2B2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
