ATP2B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP2B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,524 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP2B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBED4, MIR1267, and PGAP2. Each is linked with ATP2B1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2B1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZBED4 grouped by ATP2B1-low versus ATP2B1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP2B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP2B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
