Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP2A3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP2A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-a, MSH6, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with ATP2A3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2A3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2A3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKC-a grouped by ATP2A3-low versus ATP2A3-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP2A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP2A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
