ATP2A3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP2A3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 484 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP2A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA19, ADAD1, and SEPTIN3. Each is linked with ATP2A3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2A3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA19 grouped by ATP2A3-low versus ATP2A3-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP2A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP2A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
