ATP2A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP2A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,061 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP2A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP45, RN7SL478P, and FAF1. Each is linked with ATP2A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2A2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP45 grouped by ATP2A2-low versus ATP2A2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP2A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP2A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
