Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP2A1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP2A1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ATP2A1-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP2A1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and UCEC show a favorable association.

KIRC, ACC, and MESO are the cancer types where ATP2A1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
