Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,820 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP23-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IRF2BP2, PUS7, and NABP2. Each is linked with ATP23 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP23-to-partner and partner-to-ATP23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP23 versus IRF2BP2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP23→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
