Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP23 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,328 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP23-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRCC, YEATS2, and XRCC2. Each is linked with ATP23 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP23-to-partner and partner-to-ATP23 results are reported.
