Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP23-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R17 and GSG1L2. Each is linked with ATP23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP23-to-partner and partner-to-ATP23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R17 grouped by ATP23-low versus ATP23-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
