Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP1B4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,048 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP1B4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALNT16, SLC8A3, and TCL1A. Each is linked with ATP1B4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP1B4-to-partner and partner-to-ATP1B4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP1B4 versus GALNT16 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP1B4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP1B4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
