The most reproducible ATP1B4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of vacuole organization, Positive regulation of autophagosome maturation, and Negative regulation of autophagosome assembly. Each is linked with ATP1B4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP1B4-to-partner and partner-to-ATP1B4 results are reported.
