Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP1B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,443 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP1B2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN2, SEPTIN7, and SEPTIN4. Each is linked with ATP1B2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP1B2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP1B2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP1B2 versus SEPTIN2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP1B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP1B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
