Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP1B2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP1B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Tuberin, Gab2, and INPP4B. Each is linked with ATP1B2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP1B2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP1B2 results are reported.
