Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP1A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,027 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP1A3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FLNA_S1630, SMARCC2_T548, and TNKS1BP1_S1073. Each is linked with ATP1A3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP1A3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP1A3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP1A3 versus FLNA_S1630 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.
