Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP1A3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,209 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP1A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEFV, AQP9, and FCGR3B. Each is linked with ATP1A3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP1A3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP1A3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP1A3 versus MEFV in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP1A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP1A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
