ATP1A3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP1A3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP1A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, ATM, and c-Met_pY1235. Each is linked with ATP1A3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP1A3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP1A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by ATP1A3-low versus ATP1A3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP1A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP1A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
