ATP1A3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP1A3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 872 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP1A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX53, GRM6, and FGF23. Each is linked with ATP1A3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP1A3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP1A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX53 grouped by ATP1A3-low versus ATP1A3-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP1A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP1A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
