ATP13A3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP13A3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,580 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP13A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTHFD1, DLST, and PARP2. Each is linked with ATP13A3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP13A3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP13A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTHFD1 grouped by ATP13A3-low versus ATP13A3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP13A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP13A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
