ATP13A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP13A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 225 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP13A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KHDC3L, FAM236A, and MINAR2. Each is linked with ATP13A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP13A1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP13A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KHDC3L grouped by ATP13A1-low versus ATP13A1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP13A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP13A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
