ATP12A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP12A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP12A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and VEGFR2. Each is linked with ATP12A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP12A-to-partner and partner-to-ATP12A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDK1 grouped by ATP12A-low versus ATP12A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP12A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP12A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
