ATP11B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP11B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 295 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP11B-associated genes across cancer lineages are FIGLA, GGA1, and DEPDC5. Each is linked with ATP11B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP11B-to-partner and partner-to-ATP11B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FIGLA grouped by ATP11B-low versus ATP11B-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP11B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP11B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
