ATP11A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP11A protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,947 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP11A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD151, TMEM30A, and SACM1L. Each is linked with ATP11A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP11A-to-partner and partner-to-ATP11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP11A versus CD151 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
