ATP11A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP11A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, Notch1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with ATP11A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP11A-to-partner and partner-to-ATP11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51 grouped by ATP11A-low versus ATP11A-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
