Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP11A-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP11A-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher ATP11A-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP11A-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and LUAD show a favorable association.

KICH, ACC, and LIHC are the cancer types where ATP11A-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
