ATP10B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP10B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,029 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP10B-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMID1, EMC9, and DIAPH3. Each is linked with ATP10B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP10B-to-partner and partner-to-ATP10B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EMID1 grouped by ATP10B-low versus ATP10B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP10B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP10B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
