Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP10B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,410 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP10B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of tolerance induction dependent upon immune response, Tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of mast cell degranulation. Each is linked with ATP10B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP10B-to-partner and partner-to-ATP10B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of tolerance induction dependent upon immune response grouped by ATP10B-low versus ATP10B-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
