Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP10A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,786 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP10A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PALLD, SERPINH1, and CNN3. Each is linked with ATP10A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP10A-to-partner and partner-to-ATP10A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP10A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP10A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
