Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP10A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,272 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP10A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, ARHGAP11A, and PRC1. Each is linked with ATP10A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP10A-to-partner and partner-to-ATP10A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP10A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP10A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
