ATOH8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATOH8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,509 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATOH8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6071, SAMD11, and LINC02593. Each is linked with ATOH8 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATOH8-to-partner and partner-to-ATOH8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATOH8 versus MIR6071 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATOH8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATOH8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
