ATOH8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATOH8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,690 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATOH8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAVIN2, PGM5, and LARP4. Each is linked with ATOH8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATOH8-to-partner and partner-to-ATOH8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATOH8 versus CAVIN2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATOH8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATOH8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
