Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATOH8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,624 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATOH8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1214P, MIR668, and RNU6-617P. Each is linked with ATOH8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATOH8-to-partner and partner-to-ATOH8 results are reported.
