ATN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,475 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPI1, MAN2A1, and PTMS. Each is linked with ATN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATN1-to-partner and partner-to-ATN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATN1 versus TPI1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
